By accessing or using Go To There (“the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.

Go To There is a free, experimental service that allows users to create location-gated messages. The Service is provided for entertainment and personal use only.

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or transmit through the Service and for the manner in which you use it. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We do not condone, encourage, or endorse any illegal activity conducted through the Service. Any violation of applicable laws is strictly your responsibility.

We do not actively monitor, review, screen, or moderate user-generated content transmitted through the Service. We have no obligation to do so and assume no responsibility for content created or shared by users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to remove any content or terminate any use at our sole discretion.

All content you submit remains your sole responsibility. By submitting content, you grant Go To There a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go To There, its owners, operators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Service uses device-reported location data to gate access to messages. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or security of location verification. Location spoofing and GPS inaccuracies are outside our control, and we bear no liability for failures or circumvention of location checks.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time and for any reason without notice. We are under no obligation to maintain, back up, or return any content. Messages or media may be deleted at any time without prior notice.

You acknowledge that using the Service involves traveling to physical locations. You assume all risks associated with such travel, including but not limited to risks of injury, property damage, or trespass. Go To There is not responsible for any harm that may result from traveling to or being present at any location.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Go To There regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
